Stephanie is a hormonal health expert and fertility coach. She helps her clients balance their hormones, reduce their symptoms, and increase their fertility though nutrition and lifestyle changes. She takes a holistic approach to better health incorporating food, exercise, meditation, and support to her clients. She been in practice for over 3 years helping women all throughout the United States and worldwide improve their health by reducing symptoms caused by hormonal imbalances such as: night sweats, PMS, painful periods, infertility, endometriosis, PCOS and more. She offers one on one coaching and easy to follow programs to suit her clients needs. Her clients not only balance their hormones but many reduce signs of inflammation, improve energy levels, and lose weight. She also offers corporate wellness programs and wellness talks across Metro Detroit.

I work with community groups, schools, families, and individuals bringing nutrition and health education and loads of support to help create a healthier family unit. I love working with kids and their parents to help teach healthy lifestyle behaviors!   I also work with adults to create space to prioritize their health and self while raising tiny humans.

Being a mom can be stressful…but being a special needs mom adds layers of complexity to that. So many of us feel like we’re stressed to the max. I can help – as mom to two complicated children, and a Reiki master (among other things) I know all about stress, and ways to help you manage your stress, so that you can more easily get through the things you need to do.
