Detroit is proud to host a rich history of food and drink, which includes many Black-owned bars, restaurants, and other businesses. Now, more than ever, amidst the pandemic and its disproportionate effect on Black communities – layered in with systematic racial injustice – we understand the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses right here in Detroit.

One small way to make a positive impact is to spend our dollars at our treasured Black-owned businesses. Redirecting our economic resources is a small way to effect change. Our efforts will help keep people employed and support our Black community, loved ones, and Black-owned businesses through a continued trying time.
