17 Detroit Bakeries Up and Running During Quarantine

Bakeries and Detroit go together. Detroit is known for its culture: a melting pot of eats and treats. It hosts no shortage of sweet spots to shop. We’re heading into Easter and many of our beloved bakeries have shut down following the stay home, stay safe orders. Let’s face it, some of you shouldn’t be cooking three meals a day, let alone be left in charge of baking. We did some digging so you don’t have to! Leave the baking to the pros while you’re at home for Easter. Support local shops and enjoy a little break to boot!

Oh, and let’s not forget upcoming birthdays and special occasions you need a tasty sweet treat for. The locations that are open have you covered!

We will be adding to this list daily as we discover new bakeries that are open.
