National Chocolate Day

“There is nothing better than a friend, unless it’s a friend with chocolate.” L. Grayson

Chocolate, in my humble opinion, should be categorized as its own food group. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Given that it’s an excellent source of antioxidants, it is proven to increase brain efficiency and to relieve stress. So, with that said, why not have a piece or two…or ten?

In honor of National Chocolate Day, check out these Detroit chocolatiers, snag a piece (or a box), and surprise a fellow mama. As we teach our littles, you have to be a friend to have a friend, right?
