My name is Arden and I live in a sweet small town of Berkley! I stay-at-home with my kiddos. My daughters are 8 and 5 and my youngest son is 2.5. We are out and about exploring whenever we can. I am a lover of all fitness, a health food junkie and an aspiring kids yoga teacher and Health Coach. I also love amazon prime shopping and coffee, preferably together!
