Stacy Thompson, CLD is the founder and Director of Beautiful Beginnings. Stacy entered into the birth world in 2009, as a doula, and never imagined where it would take her, or how much she would grow. While working with families during their prenatal period, Stacy came to the realization that the community desired a comprehensive & nurturing educational birth resource; so began Beautiful Beginnings Birth Services. Birth is a natural, elemental and most beautiful process. Our purpose is educate and empower families to ensure a most beautiful beginning! Services she provides are CAPPA certified Labor Doula support, Private Childbirth Education classes, Placenta Encapsulation, and CAPPA Labor Doula Training.

Patty’s role as a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant from the accredited International Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant Institution, is to empower her clients by offering support and education tailored for meeting the unique sleep needs of each individual family during pregnancy and postpartum. Creating a customized Sleep Plan that takes a holistic approach to sleep, she provides her clients with one-on-one support throughout its implementation. She feels honored and blessed to be able to work with families and their precious little ones toward this important goal that ultimately impacts all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. A mother of three children, Patty’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Child Development, and work toward her Masters Degree in Counseling at Oakland University.
