It’s officially summer break and time to start seeing and doing all the fun things the Detroit area has to offer. DeBuck’s Sunflower Farm in Belleville hosts an annual Lavender Festival and an annual Sunflower Festival during the summer. Their family-owned and operated farm will be a go-to this summer for your entire family.
2022 Lavender Festival
DeBuck’s is hosting their annual Lavender Festival from July 1-July17. They are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during those three weekends. Their beautiful lavender fields are the perfect place to get amazing pictures. The festival includes U-pick lavender, U-pick sunflowers, and food and drinks. After you’ve spent time wandering the five acres of lavender fields, you can spend the rest of the day playing on the family fun attractions. 2022 Sunflower Festival
DeBuck’s Sunflower Festival will run three weeks from August 19-September 4. They will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The Sunflower Festival is an amazing display of millions of blooms. DeBuck’s has 15 acres of sunflowers; that’s 12 football fields of sunflowers! The sunflowers are U-pick and are perfect for capturing incredible photos. Food and drinks will be available for purchase as well as the family fun attractions. Tickets for this event will go on sale in August.
