Greenfield Village {Henry Ford Village in Dearborn}
“It’s Spring in Greenfield Village!” 

Historic outdoor discovery place where you can travel through time in the seven historic districts.  It’s Spring in Greenfield Village!  Experience “new beginnings” with fields to plant and plow, farmhouses to clean, sheep to shear and new baby animals to greet. All over Greenfield Village our 18th-, 19th- and 20th-century farm families bring the diverse aspects of America’s agricultural history to life. It’s a sure sign that winter is over at last. Spring Season in Greenfield Village is free to members and free with Greenfield Village admission.

Dearborn Heights Spirit Festival at Canfield Center

Daddy Day at Lamaze Family Center in Ann Arbor

June 7, 2014

Dads can bring their little ones and enjoy a morning of fun “daddy” style. The play space will be filled with trucks, Legos, and lots of other building materials. There will be a fun obstacle course to drive vehicles around for both dad and the kiddos. Enjoy a story and of course, a snack {what story time would be complete without a snack?}

The Drive-in features 3 large screens that show first-run double-features 7 nights a week.

Enjoy six miles of Hines Drive from Helms Haven Picnic Area (West Outer Drive) to Nankin Mills (Near Ann Arbor Trail). Hines Drive will be closed between these two areas; allowing children of all ages to walk, skate, run or cycle safely.

Grillin’ 2014
A Benefit for Food Gatherers

June 8th, 2014

Live music, Michigan microbrews and wines, kids activities hosted by Ann Arbor Hands On Museum, silent auction, photo booth, + FOOD!  Proceeds from Grillin’ 2014 help Food Gatherers distribute more than 5 million pounds of food to our hungry neighbors in Washtenaw County.
